Esperanza Rising is an amazing nd dramatic story.It contains a message that reaches out to children
who have lost someone they really care about. The story's message is that if you lose someone very
close to your heart,don't forget that they're always right there next to you through better or worse
situations,and through cheerful or saadening moments.The story involves a girl about 13 years old
that lives in a place called Aguascalientes along with her mother father and their close friends Miguel,
Hortensia, and Alfonso. Esperanza is a little rich girl that doesn't care

Here is my opinion on the book Esperanza Rising is that this is a good book.It is about a rich girl and her family but her father died and her uncles who are bad want to take everything from their home so one of them ask the mother if she would marry him so she says yes but they escape at night and go from mexico to USA. When they get there they are poor and work at a camp for a little money and they have to live with with some of the people that used to work for him and with the workers' family. There is when Esperanza learns that being rich is not all that. If I had to give a rating I would give a five out of five.
